Service Description
Every session begins with a $300 Experience Fee. This covers: – A consultation (either in-person or phone) – My time preparing and photographing your session – Professional editing and retouching What’s included: – Headshots: 1 fully retouched digital image – Boudoir & Portraits: Session only (products + digitals purchased separately) Additional prints, albums, and digitals are available so you can choose exactly how you want to showcase your images.
Cancellation Policy
RawBeltPhotos Booking Policy A $300 Experience Fee is required to secure your date/time. This fee covers my time, prep, and editing. It is non‑refundable. 48‑Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Window: • Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your session: your $300 fee stays on file and may be applied once to a new date within 60 days. • Cancel or reschedule inside 48 hours (or no‑show): the $300 fee is forfeited. A new booking requires a new fee. No‑Shows & Late Arrivals: • No‑show: fee forfeited. • Late >15 minutes: time is deducted from your session. If we cannot complete the session, it’s treated as a no‑show. Session Types & What’s Included: • Headshots: includes 1 fully retouched digital (additional images available for purchase). • Boudoir & Portraits: Products and digitals are purchased after your reveal. Payments & Orders: • Product/digital orders are paid at the ordering appointment. Multiple payment options and payment plans are available. • All sales are final once approved (custom work starts immediately). Turnaround Times: • Proofs/reveal: typically within 2 weeks. • Retouched finals: typically 5–10 business days after selection/payment. Rush options may be available. Reshoots: Reshoots are only offered for technical issues on my end. Changes of mind (hair/makeup/wardrobe/expressions) are not reshoot‑eligible. Health, Safety & Weather: If you (or I) are ill or there’s a safety/weather issue, I’ll reschedule you once at no charge (at my discretion). Please notify me ASAP. Studio & Location Fees: If a studio rental or permit is required, that fee is additional and due prior to the session. Missed/cancelled rentals follow the venue’s policy. Model Release & Privacy: I’ll request permission to showcase images in my portfolio/marketing. You may opt out—just tell me in writing before your session. Minors: A parent/guardian must attend and sign all documents for anyone under 18. Communication: All reschedules/cancellations must be sent by text or email to ensure a time‑stamped record.
